My Story
Founded in 2010, Barot Fitness was conceived with the mission of enhancing the well-being of a broad demographic within Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. After securing a certification in personal training and sports performance through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I completed a 3-year internship with the NBA basketball team, the Los Angeles Clippers, as a strength and condition coach where I worked collaboratively with other coaches to craft performance programs to support the goals of the team. I also implemented these training programs through one-on-one coaching to players, to improve their overall strength and conditioning.
My core philosophy always centers around my clients, placing a premium on developing individualized programming. My approach also transcends mere physical exercise and the program; it is about forging meaningful rapport with each client, predicated on the mutual goal of health improvement.
This holistic perspective extends beyond the confines of the gym. I take pride in working closely with my clients to meticulously craft nutrition, recovery, and fitness regimes to align with their unique objectives. Barot Fitness aims to cultivate a community committed to elevating health performance and overall fitness, enabling members to lead lives characterized by vitality and prosperity.
